Giant Popovers

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup flour

  • 1 cup milk

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 tsp salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.

  2. Whisk together eggs, flour, salt, and milk until just mixed - don’t overbeat .

  3. Pour batter into well-greased (cooking spray or butter) popover pan or large ceramic containers.

  4. Bake for 40 minutes. DO NOT open the oven during this time.

  5. Serve with compound (flavored) butter.
