Giant Popovers
INGREDIENTS
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Whisk together eggs, flour, salt, and milk until just mixed - don’t overbeat .
Pour batter into well-greased (cooking spray or butter) popover pan or large ceramic containers.
Bake for 40 minutes. DO NOT open the oven during this time.
Serve with compound (flavored) butter.
