Pannekoeken
INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup butter (half stick)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Whisk together eggs, flour, salt, and milk.
Place butter into 10-inch cast iron skillet and put into 400°F oven until the butter melts and pan is hot - about 5 minutes.
Swirl butter around to cover the pan, then pour egg mixture into hot pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. DO NOT open the oven during this time.
Serve immediately before pannekoeken deflates.
Top with fresh fruit and creme fraiche; lemon, butter and powdered sugar; Nutella; or other pancake toppings.
